You can access it from your phone's web interface by going to Maintenance > Upgrade and Provisioning > Config File Prefix and Postfix > Web Configurator Tool.
To edit the template using a web browser, follow these steps:
Open your phone's web interface by entering its IP address in your browser.
Login with your username and password. The default username and password are admin and admin.
Go to Maintenance > Upgrade and Provisioning > Config File Prefix and Postfix > Web Configurator Tool.
